FAQ
What is the return/exchange/refund policy?
For any uniform items designated for "in-school pickup" we will gladly accept size exchanges, with the requirement that your child try on a sample at the school, to avoid another size discrepancy. We cannot accept returns for a refund. All other items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, nor credited.
Can I come in to try on and buy?
We operate completely online so we do not have a store front to visit. For that reason we provide sample uniforms to try-on at the school which are available at any time.
When will I receive my order?
General rule of thumb; 2 weeks or less. Any items marked for "in-school pickup" are items that we try to keep in stock regularly and can get to you relatively quickly. But in the event we are out of stock, we should be able to still fulfil your request within 2 weeks. For all other items that ship directly to your home, those are "made to order". Usually completely within 3-5 days, then allow another 3-5 days for transit.
How much does shipping cost?
There is no shipping charge for any items marked for "in-school pickup". All other items; these are sourced from different vendors all over the country, so your final shipping cost will vary on a case-by-case basis. Rest assured, that any "grouped-shipping" discounts that can be applied, will be applied automatically.
